Liz Assadourian is an Associate Director within the GJS Property Commercial team, specialising in office leasing across the Macquarie Park/North Ryde, Rhodes, Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta markets. Liz is a highly driven and results-focused professional, recognised for her strategic approach and strong client advocacy.

Liz has extensive experience working with leading institutional owners, including GPT, Dexus, Frasers Property, Winten Property Group, 151 Property, EG Funds, Keppel Capital, CapitaLand and ESR. She is recognised for her strong listening skills and her ability to quickly understand client objectives, risk profiles and commercial drivers, enabling her to deliver well-considered and highly effective leasing strategies.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her family and can often be found courtside supporting her son at basketball games. A passionate supporter of the Sydney Kings, she brings the same energy, dedication and competitive spirit to her professional career.
