Timmy Truong joins as a member of the GJS Property Management team, bringing a strong analytical background and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Before joining GJS Property, Timmy worked as an Analyst at Mapletree Investments, a leading global real estate development, investment, capital, and property management company, where he supported the management, acquisition, and sale of commercial assets.

This experience provided him with valuable insight into property operations, asset performance, and the importance of building strong client relationships.

Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Timmy enjoys connecting with people and helping them navigate property-related matters with confidence. He is a natural problem solver who takes pride in finding practical, effective solutions while providing a positive experience for owners, tenants, and stakeholders alike.

Outside of GJS, Timmy enjoys cooking, staying fit and the occasional round of karaoke.
