Charles Farrú-Hill

Charles is the Senior Asset Manager at GJS Property. Charles started his Property Management career in 1997 and has managed assets for a variety of clients from small business owners to international REIT's in both the United Kingdom and Australia. He also has experience working in both boutique and international agencies including Senior roles at both Colliers and Jones Lang Lasalle.

Charles has managed A grade Industrial and Commercial sites in both Sydney & Perth as well as a range of assets as diverse as hardstands to CBD commercial towers. His extensive experience, a strong background in sustainability assessment, and ability to communicate effectively with both owners and tenants-combined with his practical problem-solving skills and proven leadership makes him a valuable member of the GJS team.

He has a strong background in Management Systems as well as ESG and in previous roles had secondments in Dublin and Paris where he embedded with Asset Management, Capital Markets, Leasing & Research teams to gain insights into European Corporate Real Estate best practice.

In his spare time Charles loves to cook, particularly French Cuisine with his specialty being Canard au Cassis.
