Macquarie Exchange

Macquarie Exchange is said to be a new kind of CBD! It will be a collection of four innovative buildings that seamlessly integrate together with intimate laneways and collaboration spaces. It will be a dynamic destination for workers and visitors.

The first building at Macquarie Exchange is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating, 5.5 Star NABERS rating, WELL Silver Shell & Core, 100% renewable energy supply and a Wired Certified Gold (WiredScore) rating. The precinct will offer al fresco dining, shared seating and picnic spaces, gym and fitness facilities, parks, end-of-tip facilities, water features and more.
