High Demand for New Development Stock Within Sydney's Central West

GJS Property in conjunction with Goodman & NSW Ports have secured two new pre-lease transactions at Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre (ILC). Shin Mi Australia & GoMaps have leased a combined area of 7,540m². Shin Mi have leased Unit F1 for a 8 year term with a building area of 3,940m², while GoMaps have leased Unit F2 for a 10 year term with a building area of 3,600m².

Both companies were seeking existing buildings, however once introduced to Enfield Intermodal they could not look past the opportunity to have a new purpose built facility. These two pre-lease transactions demonstrate the high demand for new development stock within Sydney’s Central West precinct.
