GPT's speculative development project at 5 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park has been fully leased prior to practical completion.

The 12,220 m2 6 Star Green Star building is under construction and due for completion in April 2012.  This represents a fantastic result for GPT and all involved with the project and again demonstrates the quality of Sydney Olympic Park as a business location.
