GJS Property were appointed as Preferred Agent by Foxsports to conduct a Metropolitan Sydney search for a new office / production facility.
Due to the specific nature of their business Foxsports required a property that would increase their production capabilities, enhance their working environmant and provide them with increased brand exposure.
The result, a 7,000m2 pre commitment at 219 Pacific Highway, Gore Hill. Foxsports will occupy 3 levels of Building C which is currently under construction and will reach practical completion in November 2012.
