GJS Property is pleased to announce the recent sale of 8 Australia Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park to Centuria Prpoerty Funds Limited for $30.15 million. GJS Property acted on behalf of the Vendor Watpac Developments to complete the sale.
8 Australia was a complete "start to finish" project for GJS Property and Watpac. GJS Property advised Watpac on the site aquisition and proposed development, undertook the leasing of the building on behalf of Watpac to the likes of Fujitsu and SOPA and then finally sold the building for Watpac.
