GJS Property has been known to me for some years, through my industrial property dealings in Sydney's Western suburbs.  When an opportunity arose to negotiate a lease of 21 Leeds Street I had no hesitation in making contact.  The principals introduced Angus Grier and appropriate documents were signed.  The leasing market in Rhodes has been difficult and as a result Angus recommended we proceed with an off market sale.
