On behalf of Goodman International, GJS Property recently negotiated Grays Online new leasehold facility totalling 31,000 m2 in Carter Street, Homebush.
A full refurbishment has been undertaken on the property with Grays taking occupation in October 2008. Gordon Fallance negotiated the lease on behalf of Goodman.
